Composition

Hydrated lime, graded sand, 

Cenolite microspheres and additives to improve

consistency and adhesion.

Coverage

20 kg mixed with 4 litres of water yield 

14 litres of mortar. This will  cover 1.5 m2 

applied at a thickness  of 5 mm.

Application

RESLAB’s Insulation Render can be mixed 

and applied with spray machine. It can also 

be mixed and applied by hand.

Background Preparation

RESLAB’s G6 can be applied to almost all common backgrounds including  

autoclaved aerated concrete blocks             

providing the background is sound, 

clean and free from loose particles.

Plastering

As soon as the plaster has been sprayed, it 

must be levelled with a straight dege. When 

it starts to set, it should be smoothed with a 

steel trowel and finished with a sponge.

Setting Time

The setting time is up to 2.5 hours 

depending on weather and background. 

The minimum plaster thickness should

 be 5 mm.

Storage

Storage in a dry place on a timber platform.
