G8 Tile Adhesive  

RESLAB ‘s G8                     can be used for laying:

• Ceramic tiles
• Soft boards
• Plasterboard
• Insulating boards
• Transparent panels
• Interior and exterior stonewall and  floor coverings
• Mineral fibre, Styrofoam or polyurethane  lightweight boards

RESLAB’s G8 has high initial and final adhesion

and a such canalso be used as base for other 

plasters/renders on extremely 

bad surfaces eg. Old water tanks, marble etc.

Composition

• Cement, hydrate lime, Cenolite microspheres,  graded minerals and additives, 

Storage

• Store in dry place on a timber platform.

Preparation

• RESLAB’s G8 can be applied on all normal  construction backgrounds. 
• The background must be hard and firm, clean,  stable and free of parting agents.
• The cement render should be at 10 mm thick,  dry and in a single layer.
• RESLAB plasters should be at least 5 mm thick. Strong absorbing backgrounds should be pre-         treated with RESLAB pre treated with Sealer.

Mixing 

• Mix RESALB’s G8 in clean water approx. 5kg             powder to 1.7 litre water. The mixture may be       used for 3-4 hours.
• The lay time for the tiles is dependent on the     temperature, humidity and the absorption of  the background.
• Should drying of the surface occur, apply  RESALB’s G8  for a second  time.
• Tiles may be positioned for approximately 10  minutes after being placed.
• Jointing may be carried out 24 hours after  hardening.
• Yield:  1.4 kg –m2 approximately
