Background Preparation

If the surface has uniform absorbency,  no prepreatment is required. Where  absorbency is irregular, the surface should be plastered with RESLAB ‘s G6              Render.

Ensure that the plaster dries evenly and  that uniform tructures can be created.  The surface must be evenly dry and sound.

Application

For exterior application on irregular      backgrounds,  use RESLAB’s G6 Render first to ensure adequate of the backgrounds.  For interior application RESLAB’s G7 can be  used on top of RESLAB’s  G5 One Coat    Plaster,  RESLAB’s Wall Panels.

A 20 kg bag of RESLAB G7 should be mixed with 5 litres of water using a  mixed. To avoid  variation in colour,  always mix sufficient  plaster to cover the required surface. RESLAB  G7 many be applied using a spraying machine.

The surface may be textured with a sponge  rubber float, wooden float or it can be trowel  plastered. Structured finishes can be produced  with a rubber roller, Freshlymixed plaster should  be used within 1.5 hours.

Storage in a dry place on a timber platform.
